How Our Process Works
Step 1 — Start With a Short Questionnaire
You’ll begin by completing a short online questionnaire so we can understand your goals, family situation, and assets at a high level.
Step 2 — 10-Minute Intake Call (If Appropriate)
If it appears we may be a good fit, you’ll have a brief phone call with Brooke, our Paralegal & Intake Coordinator.
This call is not legal advice and not with an attorney.
Step 3 — Zoom Planning Session With the Attorney
If appropriate, you’ll schedule a 60-minute Zoom planning session with the attorney.
The planning session fee is $250, and it is credited toward your flat fee if you move forward.
Step 4 — Preparation Through DecisionVault
Before the planning session, you’ll complete a secure online organizer (DecisionVault) so the attorney can prepare in advance.
Step 5 — Signing Appointment (In Person)
Planning meetings are conducted by Zoom.
Signing appointments are held by appointment only:
Baton Rouge — weekly
New Orleans — weekly
