A Simple, Respectful Process Designed Around You
We want your experience to feel organized, calm, and supportive — not rushed or confusing.
Here’s how working with us looks:
Step 1 — Complete Our Confidential Questionnaire
Tell us about your goals, family, and estate. This helps us prepare before we speak with you.
Step 2 — Our Paralegal Reviews Your Information
Our paralegal, Brooke Coxe, reviews your answers to determine whether we’re the right fit to help.
If we are, you’ll receive a link to schedule a Zoom meeting with attorney Paul Rabalais.
If not, we’ll kindly let you know and won’t waste your time.
Step 3 — Zoom Planning Meeting with Paul
We listen first. You’ll receive clear recommendations and a fixed-fee quote. There is no obligation and no pressure.
Step 4 — Meet the Attorney Who Will Guide Your Case
Once you retain the firm, attorney Catherine Martinez joins the process and serves as your ongoing point of contact, along with paralegal Brooke Coxe.
Step 5 — Drafting, Review & Signing
We prepare your documents, review them with you, and schedule your signing with a notary and witnesses when required.
Step 6 — Ongoing Support
We remain here for you — and your family — whenever questions arise.
